  1. Open the link to the viomaHELPDESK and click on "Login":
    https://vioma-gmbh.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/login

2. Enter your e-mail address and click on "Send link":

3. Now check the inbox and click on the "Register" link:

4. Complete the registration: Enter full name and assign a password:

6. All created tickets can be viewed via the user account in the top right corner:
