Quick Start Guide for Initial Maintenance of the CST PRO
Log into your CST PRO account at https://cst.vioma.de/.

Operating data - Hotel data - Master data
Complete your master data here, such as the telephone number and/or e-mail address to which all inquiries and bookings are sent.
You can find more information about the individual fields here:

Services & Prices - Room categories - Room types
Create your room categories here using the add button.
Hotel management - rooms
Services & Prices - Room categories - Room allotments
Now add your room contingents per room category via the button "Create multiple rooms". If contingents already exist, please enter the difference to the real room contingent.

Services & Prices - General - Catering
Enter the desired meals that you offer in your house here. The name of the catering can be overwritten under "Alternative name".

Services & Prices - General - Rates
Here you can create your desired rates such as overnight stay incl. / excl. breakfast, half board, 3/4 board or a non refundable rate.
Important:
After saving the rate, select at the very bottom the desired rooms and channels in which the rate should be basically available.

If needed, you can inherit your rates within CST PRO here.

Services & Prices - General - Data Templates
If you want to maintain your prices in the CST PRO in the future, we recommend that you create data templates (template for prices & restrictions). If you use an interface to your hotel software with the transfer of prices & restrictions and thus control the prices within your hotel software, you can skip this point.

To store the prices and restrictions in the installment calendar, you have the following options:
You store the already created data template in the desired time period - Datenvorlage
You store the inheritance template that has already been created - Vererbungen
You create your seasonal times and maintain the prices manually via the sidebar - Manuelle Datenpflege
